Bug description:

The first Part of the quest works fine but the second part when you get asked to get a Volatile Leytorrent Potion from the Alchemy trainer NPC "Deucus Valdera" you cant get the potion when you click on him the only thing that you get is the alchemy training tab and not the quest dialog.

This quest is important for engineers as it unlocks the Reaves engineering bot.

EDIT: Tried some stuff and the quest works properly. After getting the gem from the jewelcrafting store go back to the engineering store and talk to Didi, a dialogue option will appear to give her the gem to try it out. Click it, after that there Didi will say some stuff, and after she's finished you go to the alchemy store and you can now get the potion. After you get it, same stuff, give it to Didi through the dialogue option and you can advance with the quest.

I can confirm that it Does work. I've completed it myself and I post blingtrons on a daily basis, I can confirm it's a little annoying to do because you need to do it in a certain order.
Make sure that after each item you get you return to the goblin female to "return" the items, you cannot go and grab every single one of them and return them at once.
