Bug description: My artifact knowlege is at lvl 25 but achievement tab shows only 20. And also when i click on Fjornson Stonecarver there's no quest but he has exclamation mark above his head. I can only buy "Artifact Research Compendium: Volumes I-IV" but can't use it because I am already at 25 artifact knowlege.

You could see in "WoW Freakz link" you linked that the bug is already reported.
