Bug description: Arcane mages can cast AOE spells like Arcane Blast behind walls to gain Arcane Charges without hitting the target at all. It is a huge bug in pvp as the charges can increase the damage of your arcane barrage or arcane missiles by 200%. It is not fair at all, Tibanu knows how to abuse this bug very well.

Proof: I am sorry to not have a video but my graphics card is shit. I have screen shots of the time and date on the server. I hope someone with a good pc can make a small clip to show this on their mage. Please look at my last Arcane Charge as it pops up, and me casting my Arcane Explosion at the same time, without damaging Shemyaza.

Confirmed.

In the video you can see how the spell Arcane Explosion generates Arcane Charges, even when the people within it's range are behind a wall.
