[REJECTED] [Mage] - [Class Campaign] - [Azsuna] A Covert Operation chain quest gone/bugged

Hello everyone.. I already wrote my problem in-game but GM told me to post it here.

Bug description:

First, sorry for my bad english, I learnt everything in-game.. so it's just basic.

I'm new here and rolled a mage because i've never really played one.. so I donated for loom to level faster and everything was cool. The day I discovered my class hall I started doing quests and everything was fun and cool and all new for me, being new to legion.. so yeah I started the first chain quest and all good. I unlock the 2 first champions and there I go level up my char some more in isles.

After finishing the 2nd chain quest " A Conjuror's Duty " I go ahead and take on the 3rd chain quest "A Covert Operation".

I started with meeting up with Ravandwyr "An Unexpected Visitor" first in the hall, then took quest to look for him in Aszuna "A Covert Operation". ...

I completed both of them and then went somewhere else leveling up my char.. wooooow booom big numbers, yooo fire rocks ... then I hit level 110 (and went frost)


NOW ... this is just an explaining on what I did 'till now.. my TRUE problem is I don't have anymore the chain quest in my quest log and the next quest I needed to do "Prepare To Be Assimilated" is gone and I can't go to Ravandwyr in aszuna and take the quest again. I don't know if it has something to do
with me buying level 25 artifact knowledge from shop.. but the marks + quest is gone and I don't know really how to continue my class campaing!

I would even donate more for having the possibility to continue my gameplay on your server.. was a gr8 experience and would suck to level a new char and donate again just because of this little issue.

in short sentence: Can't continue class campaign anymore because the quest "Prepare To Be Assimilated" is gone from quest log and can't take it again from npc.
