Ignore is bugged

Bug description: Hello, ignore is bugged. There are a few ways to do it, and it doesn't matter which I use. most of the time I'll see the ignored person typing in chat. I don't think there can be a real proof of that, but you should trust me, I wouldn't bother making a topic here otherwise. I also wrote a ticked and the answer was "Not a priority." So, I know you're doing your business and earning money, but this is also a part of the game, it's the first server I see this bug on and is just... whatever, be happy.

It works if you relog after you add the player to ignore.
