I can't seem to find a video on youtube specifically demonstrating this, as Sephuz's generally isn't the BiS legendary, and/or people that do use it also use Lonely Winter (no pet).

However I can link you many frost mage sources confirming that pet freeze does indeed proc Sephuz. These sources include the mage wow forums, MMO champion, wowhead, and altered time (mage specific site, like storm earth and lava etc..)

I already saw all of those forums, and don't worry I know what http://altered-time.com is. I play mage. haha
The problem with the forum threads is that a lot of the things people write on there aren't (entirely) correct.

Anyway, I'll look around later, as I don't have too much time right now.
