Character Migration Issue

Hey guys, I know there may be similar topics but those were in other languages and I may be posting this somewhere wrong but let's get to the point. I recently did a character migration. I had asked for two characters, a paladin and a warlock. Here is my request [img]https://ibb.co/e5B6Fz[/img]. However as you can see from the picture that it was marked complete, but when I got into the game, I had found that only my paladin, Androxius was lvl 105 and migrated. My warlock, Malzarh wasn't migrated and stayed as a lvl 1. As you can see here [img]https://ibb.co/nC442e[/img]. Pls look into this matter, I am free to give you more information and let me know if there was a mistake on my side or if this issue is being worked on. Thanks in advance.
