Bug description: This quest is NOT FIXED despite it's in the fixed list , the problem is the second part Witness the ceremony , before attempt of fix there was some appearance of characters , now that is not even happening , but the main is that it doesn't give credit .

And this quest is in the middle of Pearlfin questline and make that questline is branched out over jade forest
