[REJECTED] Mage artifact quest

Bug description: Cant get artifact quest
Proof: I began the artifact quest for the fire mage last night. While in a group with my son He left the group because his quest wasn't working( he was trying to take the portal to Icecrown and it wouldnt let him) so once he did that I was placed at the begining of where part one of the quest begins and couldn't move jump or move, I could still attack, but that was it. I went into the help menu to use stuck character feature to be told cant do that while moving, which I wasnt. Logged out, waited a minute or so, then logged back in to load into Panderea and no longer having the artifact quest. Went back to class hall to regain quest and no quest. Made a ticket and was told to delete my cache did so and nothing. any help is mucho appriciated.

I have the same problem since yesterday.

First Day on Freakz WoW and then the Artifact quest bugged.. :/
Rlly not a good start for me.

It's hard to level without the whole artifacts.
