If night comes, there will be a day in the dungeon. This is not true. Because time in the world and the dungeon are the same.
Blizz have Server: authentication/World / Bg/ dungeon .
Time WoW: authenticationServerTime=WorldServerTime=LocalTime=BgServerTime=dungeonServerTime .
Time can change if you jump to another server.
Uplayed on Europe =>Cross SyS => LFR Raid on N America. dungeonServerTime>(you)WorldServerTime

Night Elf Do not get a speed bonus at night in the dungeons. Because there is always a day.

when Night elfs go to ins raids,Touch of Elune only give Increases your Critical Strike by 1% during the day at the all time(Night too)!

and it must be At Night Increases your Haste by 1% at raid. but Night Mood For 1% buff haste not work in ins raids.
