[Deepholm] cant interact with any of these monsters

Bug description: i cant interact with any of these monsters while questing in deepholm.

I tested it on ptr and NPC-interaction works just fine. Also the quest is completed by: 574 players @ Felsong, so there was at least 574 interactions.

Maybe try to clear you cache and try again.
