[DUPLICATE] [Achievement] Full Caravan

Bug description: Fiona and Beezil Likspanner won't join the caravan

I just want to explain why they can't join the caravan :

Fiona :
When u look on WoWpedia, https://wow.gamepedia.com/Full_Caravan, you can see Fiona is the first character who join the caravan with this quest : Into the Woods (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=27683&&name=into-the-woods)

Beezil :
You just need to recruit him
When you look the wowfreakz page : https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=46022
In the Text Zone you can see " You know, if you're looking for a place to hide out, you're free to join us in our caravan."
But when you talk to him you can't do anything
