Bug description: I can't loot the boss' corpse in order to get the item to finish the quest. I have also experienced this bug on another characer.

I have done it on both heroic and normal and still didnt receive heart of the storm??? How do u finish this quest?
Is item in boss loot, or its crystal and i cant access because bosses corpse is blocking it?
