Bug description: I got this quest before fixing ranks of Starlight Rose but i dont do this quest because that was useless,nowadays I want to do it but i have problem,The quest mob didnt loot me a quest item *https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=129209&name=tharillon-s-notebook* which has got 100% drop.I retook this quest,relog etc and now i cant summon again this mob.
