BLACKWING DESCENT/NEFARIANS END ENCOUNTER

Bug description: there is some bugs for this boss:
1-when u kill ortron and magmaw and take the elevator down nefarian human form start to talk and summon onyxia and the encounter starts automaticly .he shouldnt start and he should be the last boss after clearing all other bosses.
2- if u jump down to onyxia kill here and then kill him both the boss nefarian and yourself the player well spawn back above .
3- but if u kill nefarian and 1 shot him before he go down and u jump down to kill onyxia. u r stuck down in the onyxia spawn point and ur stuck and u must hearthstone and fly back to instance.
