Details: I changed my spec on the arms and when I changed back to Fury I didn't have the artifact, I did this after a lot of inactivity on char, I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but that's how it happened. PS : I had the artifact when I changed the spec

Delete wow cache and try changing to tank spec > arms spec > then fury
