I dont know if it happens only to me but there are missing boss Dark Shamans in SOO myth, i just wanted to slain for garrosh mount but cant continue without shamans. Nazgrim still sleeping in cave down the orgrimar and i get one shot when i enter that room.

Boss is in that building in front of you in that screenshot (Grommash Hold). I did full raid twice and had no problem finishing it.

Raid works, no bosses are missing. Check inside Grommash Hold.
