Completely, due to misunderstanding.

To be honest, I dont want to ruin that for you but I hope I can show you clearly HOW Stagger actually works.

It works normally on a 40% based Physical DMG reduction that is divided in 10 seconds per 0,5 seconds.

With the Talent you choose at lvl 100 your full stagger amount is increased by 10% which increase you full Stagger amount to 50% overall for PHYSICAL DMG.

The tooltip of stagger clearly says: "Affects magical attacks at 50% effeectiveness." This is based on your PHYSICAL Stagger, which means 50% of 40% Stagger

Tho! your Magical Stagger is based on 20%!
