Bug description: I can't Finish the Quest because Maölfurion has no Options for me, Ysewra is already there but summon Ysera is 0/1

It's a known bug with the Val'sharah quest chain, try deleting your cache and reseting the quest. If that doesn't work, try taking the quest again but make sure you're not mounted.
