Bug description: When getting this Class Hall upgrade a NPC named "Scythe" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=110820&&name=scythe) should spawn which gives you the ability to get 1 x Seal of Broken Fate for some Order points (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=44204&&name=seal-their-fates)
