Bug description: Quest credits not awarded after the completion of the quest

As seen on picture, i`ve completed all the other sub-achievements which is to show that the Suramar quest line is at the point where Vanthir is no longer at his original place in The Waning Crescent, which in turn means he can't give me the quest which i need to finish the missing sub-achievement and that I can't turn anything to Thalyssra (in case the quest just isn't showing in quest log)

I started checking all the quest in a quest line for The Waning Crescent sub-achievement with the /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(questID)) command and all the quests up to "Friends on the outside" are completed. I remember completing the whole quest line but the problem with this one quest was that the portal that was necessary to activate wasn't working. So i just went to Thalyssra and gave her the wine and completed the quest. But it looks like i didn't get the quest completion credits. One other proof that i did this quest line is that i couldn't have advance with the other quest lines if i hadn't completed this one, but yet i didn't get the completion credit.

All in all, I did the quest line for the The Waning Crescent sub-achievement but i didn't get the credit for it, and now i can't redo the quest because the story advanced to the point where the quest giver is no longer there.
