got banned after disconnected

hello, i played on Freakz server for like almost a year now and i dont have this kind of problem before, and i use same pc everyday . and the problem is i got banned by hacks/client modify which i dont modify or even using hacks. i requested for unban and mod tells me to see topic which i cant find one, can anyone help me? and i tried login using other account and it seems my ip got banned because it has same notification at freakz web
