Bug description: I finished the questline for the Stormheim's chapter "Secrets of the Shieldmaidens" (the last quest was The Aegis of Aggramar) but I didn't recieve the completation of that Chapter.

You didn't. You can complete the chapters in any order.

If you want to complete it, you have to do the Greymane storyline.
