Bug description: is add 300% not 100%

in too many key raging add more then 200% buff to some spell

Raging is working fine, you just have to do the math for it.
For example your keystone has 200% increased dmg (base).
Then if you get fortified on your key means 200% * 1.4 = 280%
Then if you also have raging, <30% HP mobs will do 280% * 2 = 560% more damage.
As you can see raging is even harder on higher keys and can easily cause mobs to do 1000% more dmg on low HP.

For your case you have tyrannical so the arcane head with raging does like 400% more dmg.
Also it stacks Arcane Charge, which can easily ramp up to a 4.3m hit.
Make sure to stun and interrupt the arcane head at all costs and you are fine.

The bug in your key is that boss adds like the other hydra heads should never be able to get raging (check retail keys).
