Bug description: Farmhand Ko and Elder Shiao not spawning . I tried /reload and loging out and still not spawning

They are not on the marked positions on the map but in the village near, where the nearest Flight Master is. Can't view your video but my guess is that you were looking for them at the wrong place. Here they are.
