Details: (optional) well, as i saw in the achievement "book" it says i did the achiev on 15/11/17 but i didnt get the reward, i checked my mail its empty, and in the collections the mount is greyed out, i have a screenshot too .

edit: oh i was thinking, is there any posibility if the mount was sent by mail and i didnt open it, could it be deleted? i dont know how does it get to me , and if it got deleted/expired can i recover it?
