[COMPLETED] Albino Drake missing

Hello everyone. I have recently completed the Leading the Cavalry achievement and I was very surprised to find out that my effort was in vain. I checked my mailbox the day after on every character and there was no Albino Drake as a reward. I think this is a bug and I'd appreciate it if you guys answered my post. As you can see in the screenshot below, have earned 50 mounts but still don't have Albino Drake. Thank you in advance.
