As far as I know it does proc from windstrike. Bring proof it doesn't.

I tried it like on 25+- windstrikes and without proc, maybe i was unlucky but i will test it again with video proof

My bad. It should indeed proc for Windstrike.

I am speaking about Windstrike not Windfury.
Windstrike=Stormstrike that bypass armor

Windstrike should proc from Unleash Doom.
