I was wondering if there is any sort of BIS item list for frost mages

I have not found anything on the internet, maybe someone has some advice on how to get max. stats combining pve + pvp + leggos + trinkets

There is no real BiS item list or anything like that, you just have to figure out how to balance your stats to suit your playstyle. Some mages go with over 30% haste, some with lower. Just look into not stacking mastery and trying to get as much versa as you can*

*after you get your crit cap ofc

I have 35% crit and 28% haste and 9% versa.

Are those stats decent ?

33.34% is the crit cap, if you can go a bit lower crit and more versa would be nice.
