[COMPLETED] Frost DK hidden appereance

Details: I killed the Soultakers (world boss) and obtained the hidden appearance for frost dk, linked above. Unfortunately, once the short cinematic was over my weapons did not get changed and later on the forge for the dks, i was not able to choose the hidden appearance (as if i have not unlocked it). Yet the item itself dissapeared without the hidden appearance available for me. I opened a ticket, and the person advised me to ask in the forum here and wait for a solution.

Update on the case:
I did some research and i found that the same appearance can be looted from the four horsemen in naxxaramas on heroic 25 and icc again on heroic 25 (here it can drop from lich king or saurfang). So i got 2nd drop for today from the 4 horsemen in NAXX (after soutakers' loot ) of the hidden appearance. Unfortunately, same story as the first try. I use the item, get the short cinematic, the weapons don't get changed and later on the forge no hidden appearances available. (Pretty annoying ha? )
I did not give up, tried it again, but this time in ICC 25 heroic. There was a drop from Saurfang, (yay!! ) it finally worked. People say '3rd time is the charm' ... maybe. But i find it a waste of time, especially when it could have worked from the first time. Now i have the hidden appearance for frost but still please check the item again, because obviously there are some issues with it.
