Bug description: After killing Shar'thos for 7-8 consecutive times I still haven't gotten the skull of shar'thos for the hidden fury warrior skin. At about the 2nd attempt I joined a party with another warrior and he got it on his first attempt.

Maybe it is only happening to you because I was exalted with dreamweavers and when I killed shar'thos for the first time i got my skull.
