Jewelcrafting from 780 to 800

Bug description: hey there , i have jewel crafting 780 on my char , i searched alot to see how to level it up to 800 so i can make main stats gems , and i found one thing is wrong here , some of rank 3 receptions suppose to give skills from 780 to 800 , one of them for example is Deep Amber Pendant , that on Rank 3 should gives Skill up , but here on freakz every reception are gray except the one that requires blood of sargaras to craft one , and its not like just one blood for one skill up , 5 blood of sargaras for each skill after you reach 780 , and it means 100 blood of sargaras !!! .... Here in Link below on 4:30 till the end . you can see the guy is explaining how to get Deep Amber Pendant Rank 3 Reception and then you can see its first yellow on 780 then it goes green from 790 to 800 , tho its still logical you level up this way , not with 100 BlOODS !!!
