ICC Pets drop chance

Most pets in ICC both heroic/normal mode drop rate is lower than retail and almost impossible to get.
Bug description:in Wow freakz a pet from Lord Marrowgar (first boss in ICC) is 0.75 but in retail it's 5%

it seems these were the drop chances on retail on 7.1.5. there was a topic about that already.here.
