[Northrend] [Zul'Drak] The Leaders at Jin'Alai (?)

Bug description: wowfreakz says that this quest was completed by 1061 players, but the third quest item is nowhere to be found/loot like the previous two, and NPC Chulo the mad isnt there, i waited almost 20 mins killing mobs in the arrea but Chulo didnt spawned. My friend tried the same quest, he couldnt completed either. Maybe we are missing something?

Confirmed.

For each treasure there should be a mob that guards the treasure, but there is only treasure. When you kill the mob, he drops the treasure and than you can loot it.

For the "Treasure of Chulo the Mad" there is no mob or treasure, so the quest is uncompletable.
