Bug description: Hi . Chaos Seed Spell Animation when [Soul Fragment of Azzinoth] casting on target not work .
its very hard heal raid . when no one cant see this Spell Animation and cant escape .

this spell Animation like Tichondrius spell Brand of Argus

Need check and fix .
