Bug description: Take Earthfury Honor Talent and use earth shock on 100 Maelstorm on rogue with cloak of shadow , Rogue won't get stun!

Proof: the Stun Type of this talent not magical , Earthfury's Stun is physical stun and cloak of shadow works on magic so it should only make rogue immune to damage from Earthshock , and should get physicaly stuned.
this talent works vs anti magic shell of deathknights but vs cloak of shadow still not working.

Fixed (not only against Cloak of Shadows, but rather against any sort of miss/immune/resist effects).
Also fixed The Deceiver's Blood Pact and Echoes of the Great Sundering interaction with Earthshock missing the target (you should still benefit from those passives).
