Bug description: If you die wearing this trinket item the buff disappears and you have to re-equip it for it to appear back again. Also, the buff effect 40+ pots doesn't work. THIS SHOULD BE FIXED ASAP AS IT AFFECTS GAMEPLAY IN RAIDS & DUNGEONS and PvP DRASTICALLY.
