Fishing nodes on Legion, Draenor and Pandaria

Bug description: I am unable to fish any of the nodes in either Pandaria or Draenor and Legion fish nodes my fishing skill unbuffed is 800 with rod and lure that takes me over 930. I am able to fish anywhere but the nodes.
When I do fish a node and loot all I have is an empty lootbox

Also unable to fish dalaran fountains and the underbelly

I have the same problem, not being able to fish in nodes of fish in Pandaria or Draenor.
Legion I am able to fish nodes of fish but I am not able to fish in dalaran fountains and the underbelly.
Hopefully it can be fixed soon, I enjoy watching a movie while fishing on the side
