Bug description: Unable to turn in quest to Doctor Gregory [Horde]

After I pick up the quest from Doctor Gregory, even with the banages in my inventory and I heal the injured NPCs, I cannot return to Docor Gregory, at all. He doesn't highlight when I move my mouse cursor over him, the quest remains 'completed' but unable to recieve the rewards. If my screenshot doesn't work, I can get a quick video o fthe issue. Strange, it worked for me. Maybe, try to delete your cache and retake the quest.

Hmm, I did drop the quest, and afterwards I wasn't able to pick it back up again, it was quite odd. I'll try, and if it still fails then I know my game is being weird with the quest.
