[COMPLETED] Reset bug- Items missing such as artifact weapon.

Details: (optional) Yesterday there was a reset. During this reset i was in a raid where i was farming for a mount. So i managed to finish it in time and reset happened. After reset i opened the weekly chest and put on my item. Straight after i made a new mog and at that point i still had my weapons but not my macros and spells. However i decided to log out since had work the next day and it was late. Then now i just logged in and (mog is changed/ missing macro/ fury arti weapon replaced with arms arti weapon and furry artifact missing.

(I did have a talk with one of your kind helpers named Stimulation. We did have a conversation and i did send him images of my bags and bank. He told me i wouldnt be able to delete it anyways which is true so we didnt end up finding my artifact weapon.) Straight after i was suggested to post a topic about it.


Im not sure what images i can send to you. I did send the images to your helper already. I can post the conversation or you can just ask him i dont mind. If you can recover my weapon i would be very grateful. ( If you do manage to recover it, do i need to tell you what type of relics were in it , what appearances i had and what traits i had on it ?)
