I need your help! I'm stuck at world questing.

Hi,

I've recently levelled my first character to 110. Because I didn't know that I need to make a friendly reputation with all of the isles I've abandoned all of the quests I had once I hit max level.
Now I can't find any quests in Azsuna and Val 'Sharan.
Is there any way that I can get some quests for the rep or any other way to get rep in these zones, or am I stuck here forever?

I cannot find the quest giver for the quest Saving Stellagosa,i'ved looked everywhere in ashzuna but could not find a single quest now.I am stuck with no means to get a reputation for court of farondis.
What would i do?please help me

check https://wow.gamepedia.com/Azsuna_storyline and remember what is the last quest you do on that storyline and follows it.
