Bug description: When stealing Rejuvenation or other Heal over time effects with Dark Simulacrum, the heal only applies when you cast the spell, the rest of it does not apply.
Proof:As you can see, the healing over time does not trigger.

I tested the Dark Simulacrum works on spells properly ( it steals and casts spells instanly as supposed to which is shown in this video : https://youtube.com/watch?v=dY4e9PnRMwc&t=35:

this video also provides proof that the spells it steals should be of 100% effectivness ) , only issue it encounters with are HoTs :
Rejuv : https://i.imgur.com/Roxq09H.png - Rejuvination did 2 ticks and after that did nothing for the end of the duration .
Regrowth : https://i.imgur.com/X5GzTjl.png - Regrowth insta cast healed full , its hot did 2 ticks .
Lifeblood : https://i.imgur.com/55EaQPr.png https://i.imgur.com/RScJAiN.png - Lifebloom had 5 ticks others ticks healed for 1-2 .
Enveloping mist : https://i.imgur.com/5z7JjM5.png - Same as Lifebloom it did 5 ticks and rest was heals for 1-2 for the rest of the duration .
