No quests in Suramar

So i decided to finish the Suramar quest line and i ran into a problem which is that i don't have quests. None,everywhere i go there are no quests... Let me explain.

I think i know what the problem is but i don't know how to fix it.I made my character in 2017 and at that time I'm pretty sure Suramar wasn't fully working, and I've done a few quests where you go to Meridil and do a bunch of stuff. There are no quests related to Suramar in my quest log,so i think the problem is that i started doing those quests before it was fully fixed and now it's bugged.When i go back Shal'Aran in Meridil,Arcanist Thalyssra had no quests and when i click on her it just asks me to make it my new home for my Hearthstone. I've watched a bunch of videos for the questline and it seems it bugged out at the quest 'The Nightborne Pact' or 'Arcane Thirst'.

Is there any way i can like reset this or something?

What is your character name? And which chapters did you do?

Character name Fukhed,and I've done only 1 chapter and that is Eminent Grow-main.

Had to relog a few times and finally got the quest.

I must've mixed something up by not realising I never started it.

I also did not get continuing quest lines for Suramar, and ended up riding around to find the quests in the outer areas of suramar. still don't have the quest to become honored with the nightfallen.
