Bug description: The Nether Vortex (TEMPNether Vortex) is spawned at 0 0, so you can't use Timeless Eye

I read at a rejected post that you can do it by standing next to Anomalus but it is shown that it doesn't work. Even the database says that 231 players have completed it.

It's not an exact point to use the item, try different spots in that place. Let us know if it works.

I was mading a report about this quest just now. Only issue about this quest is that script to talk with Tarecgosa allowing her to lead you through dungeon is completely missing. You have to use Quest Item near Anomalus boss to earn credit and turn in this quest. However, bug is just a missing low priority blizzlike script.
I think is better to make a list at least for Legendaries items chain quest with issues.
