[FIXED] [Warlock][Affliction] Soul Flame

Bug description: Until this morning Soul Flame always triggered at every mob kill in world/dun/raid.. Now it NEVER procs. I tried different mobs in world/dun/raid.
Proof: Can't record a video, but it is very clear that now the spell is not triggering, 0 dmg to anything around the mob killed and no animation.

Confirmed. Just tested it in dungeons/broken isle mobs and it seems like its not working after the last server restart tested even with Reap Souls buff, No dmg is showing in recount nor the animation.

It was disabled due to the spell crashing the server in certain circumstances. It should be fixed now, will be re-enabled soon
