Razogore the Untamed is bugged and doesnt work, so instead of fixing him can you just add him in the phase when he is killable instead of fixing him?

It's basically the first boss in blackwing lair which also bugged on mop here:

You can obtain his items for transmog in the vote shop 12 points each.
Therefore the topic is low priority fix.

well if someone is not Voting the server or donate ( just play simple ) cant take the mog because you are forced to vote, this is rubbish and if is still in pending since MoP we are at the end legion now, you don't think has been at pending section long enough?? or we must wait for BFA and hope for it still then ?
