Confused about Launcher

So I am downloading the torrent currently and it says to download the new launcher as the one in the torrent is old.

Do I just drop it in the WoW folder or?

Yes, replace the old launcher by the new launcher.

I have a new question if you don't mind.

I downloaded the torrent, but when I went to unzip it I got errors. Something bout incomplete files.

When I try to install via the Launcher I get errors. I do the suggested fixed, but they dont solve it.

I cant seem to install the game either way.

edit: seems to be working now. DUnno what I did lol.
