[DUPLICATE] Stonehide Leather hide Sample will not drop for me

Bug description: Stonehide Leather hide Sample will not drop for me
Proof:

My Hunter Demossy on legion server has been skinning all the creatures that are supposed to drop Stonehide Leather Sample and the item just will not drop for me. I spent days hours skinning the different creatures that are supposed to drop this and it wont drop. It's possibe that I may have had it before and deleted it. Is it possible that it may have flagged me that I have already recieved and so it wont drop for me any more?

The Mountainstrider Bulls in HIghmountain are supposed to be an 8% drop and I skinned like 200 and nothing. Manastalkers are suppsed to be 50% and I skinned at least 200 of these too and still no drop.
