[REJECTED] [Suramar] Can't find Silgryn again after abandon quest

Bug description: After I have done all the quest demands I wasn,t able to complete the quest so i chose to abandon it and do it again but the surprise was that I can,t find the NPC Silgryn because he is hidden when the quest is completed/ active / rewarded, now the questline is blocked as you can see in the image because I can,t unfreeze the other NPC. I need the complete the quest above to coninue but I can,t because I can not find the NPC who give it.
