I have problem with quest Three is lucky Number

Hello
I have that quest befor 3-4 weeks and abandon it.And now cant find from where to re-take it.
Start to follow steps in site but no one from Npc don`t whant to talk with me.If can anyone help i will be so happy

Hi there!

The quest Three Is a Lucky Number should be available over at Archmage Khadgar.
The NPC should be located near the Forge of the Guardian, the place where you select your artifact traits.

If you're having trouble completing the quest, keep in mind the items only drop from dungeon's final bosses.
Besides that, they aren't guaranteed drops on most bosses either.
